Apex saw the future CitizenM Hotel Olympia London through to completion, delivering the full electrical fit-out of 146 hotel rooms. Additional works included the installation of electrical services to lobbies, restaurant and bar areas, the gymnasium, and communal spaces.
Apex delivered the complete electrical installation for a new care home in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. The project comprised of 70 one & two-bedroom apartments, a full shell & core electrical package along with external lighting and electrical vehicle charging facilities.
Apex assisted in the completion of new research and collection centre for the V&A Gallery, which opened in 2025. The works included shell and core and fit out of offices, laboratories, research centres, event spaces and specialist storage facilities.
Apex delivered the electrical installation to two Central Core areas at Future Olympia, with works undertaken across floors 1 to 14. The contracted scope covered Levels 4 to 14; however, Apex also completed associated works to Levels 1 to 3 as part of the wider delivery.
Apex successfully delivered comprehensive LED lighting upgrade programme across multiple education facilities, enhancing energy efficiency, lighting performance, and learning environments. Projects were completed at BMAT Stem Academy (Harlow), Royal Docks Academy (London), St. Johns Schools (Epping).
Apex completed a wide range electrical installation works, including new LV distribution, primary containment for HV cabling install, low voltage and mechanical power, internal and external lighting power supplies.
Apex completed over 200,000 sq ft of Central CAT A electrical and BMS installations at the Future Olympia project, including external terrace areas.
The works formed part of the wider transformation of Olympia London, delivering high-quality, flexible commercial floorplates and terrace spaces to a premium base-build standard within this landmark mixed-use development.
